Cromwell Auto Repair opened under new ownership in November 2025 — but for owner Thomas Wilson, the shop wasn’t new. He’d already spent time working here, turning wrenches and getting to know the customers who kept coming back.

That’s where the idea for Cromwell came from. Working in this shop, Thomas noticed what customers actually wanted: a place they could trust, honest diagnoses, fair pricing, and work done right the first time. When he took over the business in November 2025, he built it around exactly that standard.

A lifelong Norfolk resident, Thomas brings more than 15 years of hands-on automotive repair experience to every vehicle that comes through the door. He treats every customer like family — because in a shop this size, that’s exactly what they become.
